JASON IRVING

A former General Contractor, Jason has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has completed residential, commercial and industrial projects of varying complexity, including additions and renovations, complete design/build of custom homes in excess of 12,000 square feet, night clubs, professional offices, warehouse conversions, armoured cash vaults and civil dredging projects.

Prior to his work as a General Contractor, Jason was an investigator for one of Canada's Federal Organizations, and performed threat risk assessments of Toronto Pearson International Airport and government owned facilities in Ottawa.

A team player with natural rapport, Jason brings a unique skill set to the operation. He takes an unbiased, thorough and objective approach to our construction project assessments and is equally comfortable preparing detailed reports for our clients, and testifying as to the contents of these reports in Superior Court, Small Claims Court, Arbitrations and Mediations throughout the Province.
